done: Concludes the Experiment

This command indicates the end of the experiment. The nodehandler will free all resources, and copy the OML database to a permanent home. Depending on the command line arguments it may also shut down all the nodes used in the experiment. Finally, the nodehandler will exit, concluding the experiment.
