Starting Points for Experimenters
Getting started on ORBIT requires requesting and getting a user account as well as setting up SSH keys to access to the testbed. To actually use a resource a reservation must be made on the scheduler. Supplied on this wiki there are a number of FAQs and commonly encountered problems as well as tutorials that will help new users.
There is also a great deal of documentation relating to the hardware which supports the testbed and is supported by it as well as the software which use used to facilitate the running of experiments, such as the aggregate manger and the experement controller (OMF).
Open Flow
In addition to the documentation for general ORBIT usage, there is also a section devoted to the Open Flow networking.
