Page for new DHCP AM

to run:

• From internal1 or dhcp1
• curl localhost:5054/dhcpdns/config_dhcp?domain=grid.orbit-lab.org
• Change the domain as needed, but always FQDN
• Will populate CM and Control files
• Currently pulls from INV_control_mac attribute, this should be changed to INF_control_mac once populated
• This puts files into /tmp on dhcp1
• once tested, this will put it into /etc/dhcp, and then restart dhcp service.
