Nodes with NEWer power supplies

Power Supply Over hauling Stage 2. The first direct replacement didn't go so well. We're now changing to 200 W FSP external power supplies. This requires some significant modification of the node and the hanging assembly.

Starred units have 180 W SPI power supplies.

When using the VELCRO on the bottom of the power supply, place them over the hexagonal bolt holes. If we have to swap the power supply, this will ensure the VELCRO on the hat is in the "correct" place.
